Dr. Falk Steuer has been a commercial/finance executive for over 25 years. He carries out special management assignments at mid-sized (internationally active) manufacturing family businesses. His core competencies include, for example, restructuring, financial turnarounds, or realignment of corporate groups, companies, or business units, as well as M&A. He works as a board member (commercial function), as Commercial Managing Director, or as General Power of Attorney holder. In addition, he has advised owners, shareholders, and management on operational and strategic business development for many years. Mr. Steuer is an interim manager, consultant, and a guarantor of greater clarity for industrial and family businesses.

Dr. Daniel Walther has worked in the financial industry for over two decades, most of it at various group companies of major financial services providers. In various positions, he has worked directly for executive boards, as a manager and project lead, and has been involved in several restructurings and integrations, in sales, operations, and IT, both nationally and internationally.
He was also involved, as a managing partner, in founding and building companies in various industries, and through these holdings has gained experience across a range of different organizations and leadership situations. He has also worked in consulting, focusing mainly on process improvement and the resulting change management. Today, he works as a managing partner, supervisory board member, investor, and financial analyst in Frankfurt am Main. Owing to his academic background, he follows Einstein's maxim of making everything as simple as possible – but not simpler.
